Pollo a la crema

Tonight's dinner inspiration came from Queen of the South, a USA show that I've been watching on Netflix. It's different from my usual cup of tea, but I'm really enjoying it.

On one of the show's episodes, Pote is making pollo a la crema. Because I'm always looking for new dishes to make, I looked up a recipe online. I try to buy chicken at Fresh Market on Tuesdays, because they have it for $2.99/lb, and while I was there I got a Spanish rice/quinoa mix to make as well.

I'm trying to expand my dinner repertoire, and this dish definitely made the cut. Asher even gave it two thumbs up. It was simple, delicious, and the only downside is that it is high in fat (from cream and sour cream).

Pictures in the comments. Here is the recipe, but I will be tweaking it next time: https://www.geniuskitchen.com/recipe/pollo-a-la-crema-282384
